HOW IT WORKS
The Big Shows are easy and affordable! We assume every student in the show and include the $30 Performance Fee in your November statement. This ensures no one is left out. Show times will be released November 9th, you can find those online on our events page at calelite.com or in the lobby by the front desk. You will need to select the show of your choice and register for that show at the front desk and purchase tickets at the same time.

3. Tickets go on sale November 9, 2026 at the front desk at 8:00 a.m. Register and buy your tickets early. Our shows sell out!
COSTUMES AND PRACTICE
The routines are taught in class. No extra rehearsals, no costumes to buy! Girls, for modesty and hygiene, please wear a skin toned leotard underneath your costume (available in the lobby) Boys please wear a black t-shirt and black shorts.
DAY OF THE SHOW
Please no strollers. To be fair to everyone, we clear the theater between shows. Please arrive 20 minutes early, (but no earlier than that) get in line and wait for a staff member to come around and call for performers. Performers will change out quickly after the show. We will have 15+ amazing casts who will command the stage throughout the weekend. We run the shows on a tight schedule so that you’re not here for 2 hours and we’re not performing in the wee hours of the morning. The shows are about 45 minutes long. Please be patient with our dedicated show staff and all the performers. It’s a big day for everyone!

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE

Enrollment must be completed online by the deadline to participate in the Dance Performer Bundle.
COSTUMES & PERFORMANCE DETAILS
Costumes and production needs are planned and purchased in advance based on enrollment. Additional show details, schedules, rehearsal information, and performance times will be provided as each production approaches.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because costumes and production needs are purchased and planned in advance, all Dance Performer Bundle enrollments are final. No Refunds.

Venue: Capistrano Valley High School
Each class will be assigned a specific show and performance time. Show assignments and times will be announced at a later date.
RECITAL FEE
Recital Fee: $175
Your recital fee includes:

Because costumes are ordered specifically for each registered dancer, recital enrollment is non-refundable.

DRESS REHEARSAL & PHOTOS
Dress Rehearsal: Details and scheduling will be provided as we get closer to the recital.

TICKETS
Ticket sales information, including the on-sale date and purchasing links, will be announced closer to the recital.

SWIM*BIKE*RUN
4nd Annual TRY-Athlon is geared towards kids 3-12 years old. Get your bikes and trikes! Get your racing suit or swim diaper! Grab your sneakers! Its time to race! Cal Elite is excited to announce our 2025 annual TRY-Athlon for kids. This is a supervised event. Little ones will have a parent by their side. School age athletes will race on their own as skills allow. Our goal is to introduce our athletes to the fun adventures swimming can bring them!

Price: $35 per participant
Location: Cal Elite Kids Pool and Parking Lot
All participants will received a trophy upon finishing the race.
It’s time to show off your SUPER swim skills and bask in your achievements! BIG SWIM DAY gives swimmers the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have been mastering in the pool. Students will show progressions in buoyancy, breathing, floating, gliding and kicking. They will show their individual accomplishments in their strokes, speed and proficiency. There will also be a focus on safety in and around the pool – for both students and parents. This is a TROPHY celebration day! Let’s get on the blocks, take some photos and celebrate swimming!

HOW IT WORKS
The Buy One Get One Special allows enrolled students to attend one extra class per week (space permitting) at no additional charge through December 30, 2026.
To participate:
- Enroll and pay for your regular class
Teams and privates excluded.
You must be set up for automatic pay. If you’re already enrolled in a swim class, jump to step 2.
- Log into your Cal Elite account.
- Click “Booking” → “Request a Makeup”
- Select your student → click “See Classes”
- Click “Find a Class” and choose a class of the same level
- Select a class with openings that fits your schedule
- Click “Request Makeup”
- Choose your desired “Buy One Get One” class date
(Please submit requests by 5 p.m. the day before. We can hold a spot up to 24 hours in advance.)
- In the box labeled “Anything else we need to know?” type SWIM SPECIAL
- You will immediately receive a request submitted email
- After staff approval, you will receive a second confirmation email when your child is officially added to the class for the day.
RESTRICTIONS
Please review important details for the Unlimited Special:
- Team programs, privates and discounted classes are excluded
- You may attend one (1) BOGO class per week
- All Buy One Get One classes must be booked on a week-to-week basis
(We cannot hold the same spot for the entire month.)
- Requests must be submitted online by 5 p.m. the day before
- We can only hold a spot for up to 24 hours
- Monday requests must be submitted by Friday at 5 p.m.
