California Elite has a terrific Party Program! Our Party Program is designed for both girls AND boys! Kids love to be the center of attention at Cal Elite and having your party here is the perfect way to make your child’s birthday fun and memorable for all. Our goal is to provide a great time for the kids with no work or clean up for you!

Open Gym Party (6 years and older) $150
- Fridays 6:00 – 7:30p.m and Saturdays 12:00 – 1:30pm
- Gym time is shared with Open Gym Guests
- All participants must be 6 or older
- 20 children (including birthday child)
Preschool Open Gym Party (1-6 years) $150
- Monday – Thursday 12:00 – 1:30pm
- Gym time is shared with Open Gym Guests
- All participants must be 6 or under
- 20 children (including the birthday child)
My Own Cal Elite Party - $250
- Ages 1 – 14 years old
- 20 children (including the birthday child)
- Gym is closed to the public – Only your party!
- Includes party room and paper goods
- Saturdays – 2:00 pm – 7:15pm
- Sundays – 9:00am – 7:30pm
A Few Details
How long are the Parties? Our parties are one and a half hours long. We recommend that you divide your party up into 1 hour of activity time and 30 minutes in the party room, however, this is entirely up to you! Keep in mind the age of your guests, whether or not you are serving food as well as cake, time needed to get shoes on and move your kids into the party room, etc.
What is the difference between an Open Gym Party and a Private Party? The difference is an Open Gym party shares the floor space with other guests signed up for open gym. My Own Cal Elite Party (a private party) is only the guests you invite. Both parties include invitations, 1 open gym pass for all your guests, and a t-shirt and medal for the birthday child. The private parties also include paper goods (cups, plates, table cloths, forks, napkins, etc) and a dozen balloons.
How Many Guests Can We Invite? For a standard party we will assign two Cal Elite coaches for 20 participants (including the birthday child). Add up to 7 children (up to 27 participants including the birthday child) to your party for $50.00. Just let us know how many extra guests you are expecting and we will add additional coaches to your party.
What is the Minimum Age for Participants? Our parties are designed for children 3 years and older. It is also helpful to us if there is not a big age difference between guests. We prepare entirely different activities for 3-5 year olds than what we prepare for 12-13 year olds.
What Do the Kids Do During the Party? You will be able to design your child’s party by choosing from our list of party activities. Your party will go around from one activity to the next, ensuring that the kids are busy and happy. It is important that each party stays on schedule as we want to ensure that everyone gets time to do their favorite activities. The kids love our trampolines and foam pit. They also enjoy the bounce house, rock wall and obstacle course. We have music, parachutes, tunnels, ladders, sack races, hoop games, dodge ball, gymnastic challenges and a multitude of other fun activities to choose from.
What about Food? We have pizza packages available for an additional fee. Pizza Package 1 includes 3 extra large cheese or pepperoni pizzas and two 2-liter soda bottles (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew, or Root beer). ($46.00)Pizza Package 2 includes 4 extra large cheese or pepperoni pizzas and three 2-liter soda bottles (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew, or Root beer). ($58.00)
Do I Have to Be a Member of Cal Elite to Have My Party There? No, anyone member or not may book a birthday party at our facility.
