Camp
Cal Elite Kids has a fantastic camp program for children 3 years and older. Our camp is a structured, performance based program that provides intensive instruction in gymnastics, dance, tumbling, rock climbing, trampolines, hip hop, and cheerleading. Get your camera ready! Campers put on a weekly performance every Friday for family and friends to showcase what they have learned during the week. Camp is offered throughout the summer and most holidays.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CAMP
What do the kids do in camp?
Lots! We balance our camp day with focused instruction and fun activities. We take advantage of the additional hours that we have with our students to help them accelerate their sports training.
The kids work on strength, flexibility, hand–eye coordination, and balance, as they train in tumbling, trampoline, bars, rings, balance beam, vault, dance, cheer (girls), and obstacle courses. We also incorporate climbing ropes, the rock wall, bounce houses, in-ground foam pits, parachutes and water games.
What is the swim lesson option?
Campers who enroll in the regular or extended day camp program can add a swim lesson for $10. The swim option is not available for half day campers. Swim lessons are provided by our regular swim teaching staff. Our staff will ensure that campers who sign up for a swim lesson get to their swim lesson and back into camp. Swimming is a critical life skill for all children. This is a perfect opportunity to take swim lessons from our highly acclaimed swim program.
What to wear?
Campers should wear appropriate sports attire (shorts, t-shirts, or a leotard.) For safety reasons, we discourage jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jeans or street pants, belts, zippers, and baggy clothing. Long hair should be pulled back – no hard barrettes.
What about lunch and snack?
Campers may pack a lunch or buy lunch through Cal Elite. If you wish to order lunch, we serve cheese pizza on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we serve turkey/cheese sub sandwiches on Tuesday and Thursday. Cal Elite lunches also include a beverage (water bottle or juice, fresh fruit, and two snacks (crackers, simple cookies, carrots, etc.) Cal Elite lunches cost $5.00 and can be ordered by the day or by the week. If your camper is packing a lunch, please make sure you provide enough food for lunch and snack (two snacks for full day campers.) We prefer campers bring water for their drink to avoid sticky spills in our facility. Also, please avoid peanut butter products and do not send in anything that needs to be prepared as we do not have kitchen facilities or chefs.
Do we need a bathing suit?
Our water games are usually played toward the end of the camp day and many kids prefer to stay in their camp clothes. However, they do get wet! Bringing a swim suit is up to you and your camper.
What if my child gets sick or something comes up?
If your child enrolled in camp and cannot attend, we will gladly credit your account. Please try to give us 24 hours notice.
